Vallox Exhaust Fan R2E220RA3801 88W (V1119000) restores the performance of your old Vallox Ilmava 100 unit.

This original-equivalent exhaust fan is used especially in MUH/Vallox Ilmava 100 series units (types 3461–3464, manufactured around the 1980s) as well as in some roof fans and other ventilation units (Vallox, Swegon, AirWise, Deekax, SK-Tuote).

The RadiCal impeller and scrollless centrifugal design ensure quiet operation and good efficiency.
The motor operates at 1~230 V, with output power of approximately 88 W and a speed of around 2100 rpm. It is recommended to replace the 2.0 µF capacitor supplied for use with the fan at the same time, to ensure reliable start-up.
Vallox exhaust fan V1119000 replaces several earlier EBM fans, such as R2E220-AA4005 and R2E220-AA4088. When this factory-spec equivalent fan is installed, the airflow and efficiency of the ventilation unit are restored to the intended level.

The fan is also suitable for roof fans using a single-phase AC motor with matching dimensions.

Typical faults and fault diagnosis

• Typical symptoms of a faulty fan include abnormal or clearly increased noise, resonance, reduced airflow and uneven unit operation – these may be caused by mechanical wear (bearings, impeller) or an electrical fault (motor, capacitor). • If the fan does not start or its speed remains clearly below normal, the fault may be in the capacitor. Replacing the capacitor is often the first step before changing the entire motor.
• Prolonged abnormal noise or a clearly noticeable play in the shaft indicates bearing damage, in which case replacing the complete fan motor is usually the most sensible solution.
